Return & Refund Policy

At Qlothic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:
- Return Period : You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Return Conditions : Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Refund Process : Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
